Convenience and the fact that we were able to check in later than normal which was due to travel from the ferry port at Calais. The staff were very pleasant and the Manager very good in his dealings with us as visitors. A very pleasant and efficient man.

It was in a covenient location for our journey through France. Therestaurant facilities were limited but clean & well presented.

Nothing in particular - it served its purpose as a stop over en route to channel port. Food excellent, staff very pleasant, room very clean.

We actually stayed twice at this hotel. On the first trip, we stayed one night, and on the second round of our trip, we stayed two nights. Fantastic staff at Reception, especially the lady who managed it during the day, and the lady who managed the breakfasts every morning. All staff were wonderful and very helpful. Rooms were great for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). They were also very clean and neat. Beds were comfortable with memory foam mattresses. When we mentioned that room 302 was noisy, we were offered a new room immediately. Staff offered to store our luggage and chilled food/drinks whilst the new room was prepared. When we got back to our room that night, all our belongings had been carefully moved and stored into our new room. Excellent service! We would definitely use this hotel again if we're in the Rouen area.

The pleasant attitude of all the staff. Each one I encountered had the time to say 'Bonjour'. It was a short walk from the centre of Rouen. !The thing we liked most was the different and interesting decor. Also the breakfast was more interest than the usual hotel fare. It is self service but plenty on offer and the coffee was excellent! I liked the fact that there was a separate toilet and the bathroom had a bath with a shower but also a separate shower. Supplied was a lovely scrub and body lotion. Parking was easily accessed at ten euro a day. All in all I consider it to be one of best hotels I have stayed in, in France. My only negative is I thought the hairdryer a little weak but perhaps I didn't figure out how to use it correctly as I was in a hurry. A lovely regenerated area in Rouen and close to the city

Great hotel for a stopover in Rouen with the family (2 adults + 2 kids).Just make sure that you add that you are booking as a family in thecomments bit of the booking; so the hotel know to make the extra 2 bedsup (if you're booking the "Superior Suite with 1 Double Bed and 2 SingleBeds"). The booking.com system didn't carry forward the detail that wewere a family, so the hotel assumed it was just 2 adults (correct typeof room though). Fortunately the lady at the hotel desk was very helpfuland transferred us to a room that had been prepared for 4 people. Sogood marks for service and the hotel sorting out an issue that was notof their making. I knew that I'd have to pay approx 11 Euros for thesecure parking under the hotel, so that wasn't a surprise.

Easy walking distance to the historical city centre of Rouen and its many restaurants, shops, historical sites etc. Warm welcome at the hotel when we eventually found it. Very adequate breakfast for 8 Euros.
