The staff was amazing and extremely helpful with helping us get taxis and other arrangements during our stay. The rooms were clean and charming. The breakfast at the hotel was good and a good value. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff was very friendly and fantastic to deal with. Hotel and room were modern and very clean. Good location for getting out and about on foot without having to worry about driving and parking in Caen.

The hotel was cheap and had a good central location for visiting thesurrounding area especially the D-Day landings. Ttys food was not of hautecuisine standard but was well cooked and of ample quantity. The hotelfitted our requirements of cheap, accessible and friendly very well. There was also free wifi throughout the hotel w.

The hotel was very functional in every aspect. Room was very clean. The young man on reception in the evening was very helpful and personable, the waiter (presumably holiday relief) could not speak English and was a bit hap hazard but nonetheless the meal was very good (very good chef). Preferable to arrive by car.

I was after a cheap room before ferry crossing next day - no frills, just a reasonable overnight stay; this hotel provided exactly that. The staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly. Easy drive to ferry port next day. I would use this hotel again for this purpose.

We as a family of five stayed in the quadruple charm studio for onenight as a stop over. There is a car park at therear of the hotel and a bus stop right outside which goes straight intoCaen Centre. Our room faced the road and traffic noise could be heardbut not too bad! The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating. We paid for a room service breakfast, six euros per person includingchildren which was a little over priced for one crossaint and bread,coffee and juice but convient.

Wonderful for those who want to travel Normandy for D-Day history. It’s located right across from ALDI’s so you can easily shop and cook = save money! And there’s parking specifically for the hotel, which is great! The area is very safe feeling as well. I highly recommend this hotel for budget-friendly and low-key stay. Thank you!.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The position of the hotelfor anyone who likes both sightseeing and shopping is excellent. Although the hotel has its own restaurant and bar there are lots ofalternatives nearby its location. 30 and therewere just 5 spaces left so arrive early if this is important for you.

Very good location, in the heart of the centre. The room that we had (no. 31) was nice, but there is a big difference between rooms. We paid a good price for this room, but the normal price (as indicated in the hotel) would have been a bit expensive for this type of room and hotel.

We liked the location and the room ,The hotel was well placed for shops and restaurants. We were able to visit all the locations we wanted to with ease,--The Normandy Landing Beaches,Bayeaux,Falaise and Pegasus Bridge. Wewere also able to explore the casle and chuches within Caen.

Hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. I notice that other reviewers have complained about the elevator. It may not be the speediest but suggest there are more important things in life to worry about, especially if you are con holiday! Centrally located and handy for all of Caen’s attractions. We found parking (in the hotel car park) was ok but it is limited and a little bit tight.

Clean rooms with sofabed and enough space to put a extra bed in forchildren.The small kitchen had all the appliances needed likerefrigerator with icebox, small dishwasher, microwave.We even had alittle terras with a small table and chairs on it. Clean bathroom withshower . It was also nice that you could order breakfast the day beforeand we had plenty enough to eat like fruit, cereal, croissants,cheese... Staff was helpful and friendly, spoke English.We definetelyuse this hotel again when we visit the region.

It was a great fit for our travel wishes and met the needs of a family of six with adult children. We were able to all stay in one apartment which was great for holidays. With the bathroom toilet separate from the shower/sink area, we were able to easily accommodate everyone needs. Kitchen was nicely furnished for our needs. We were a late arrival but had no difficulty arranging for access and our key.

We were on a cycling holiday and the kitchen area etc proved really good for catching up on some laundry as well as food preperation. The hotel was close to a large supermarket and the excellent public transport (tram) into the City centre.
