This is a really nice hotel. Very clean and a good sized bathroom. Great aircon. The train station is just up the road and paris centre is less than 10 minutes away.

The rooms were very clean, everything was working, the breakfast was not very diverse but I liked it. In all I was surprised by quality for such a budget price.

The rooms were very clean, everything was working, the breakfast was not very diverse but I liked it. In all I was surprised by quality for such a budget price.

Room clean, excellent hotel for a city break to Paris, if you get it onoffer it’s a good price for a quality/location comparing to others inParis, underground quite secure parking (very narrow - wouldn’t advisefor a big car), when windows are closed you can’t hear the trains at allthanks to double glazing, there’s a shop, bakery and cafe just outsidethe hotel, bigger supermarket is couple of minutes walk, area isn’t verynice, but it’s not rough either (which is excellent for such a bigcity), hotel located just opposite the rer station (trains to centralParis every few minutes, running late un.

Transportation was great as rer b station and a bus station are justinfront of the hotel and it takes only 10-15 min to paris by rer , thearea is really safe, the location is really good as you have simplymarket 5 minutes walk or 2 bus staions , you can get all what you want (has Halal products), 3 bakeries around the hotel, turkish Halal minirestaurant infront of the hotel and the great arcueil cachan marketinfront of the hotel as well selling fresh fruits,vegetables and cheeseonly Saturdays and Sundays. This hotel is in really a good location, first of all the location issafe, second of all it is near (25 m) the metro (actually rer) station. If you want to have a good sleep andwander around Paris mostly daytime then this Hotel is perfect for you. There are free parking places on the road, but it is hard to find one. There is, however, paid parking place near the Hotel.

I would recommend this place, which is not really an hotel. Nice location close to the motorway - if you have a car - and within walking distance to RER to Paris. Superb view on Paris. Quiet and clean, nice and modern decoration.

Rooms were very clean, breakfast - perfect. Kitchen is very good equipped. The view from hotel’s garden to Paris is perfect. If you do not want to cook yourself - the hotel owner will tell you how to find nearest restaurants.

A lovely building in a quiet neighborhood in Cachan just south ofParis. Claude was extremely friendly and helpful and really made thestay. Located a 5 minute walk from town and 15 minutes from the rertrain stop.

We had a room at the back which was comfortable and quiet. All staffwere pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and we had a goodcontinental breakfast. We would certainly use it again as it is alsovery convenient for the rer.

Staff are very friendly with good English. Very convenient to RER station on blue line. 10 minute trip to Notre Dame. Large rooms by Paris standards. GOod air conditioning. Very nice bedding. Plenty of off street parking which is very convenient if you are on a driving holiday

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Paris, rooms are renovated, great bathroom, wifi works in every single room, nice TV channels, great staff at the reception, great location near metro station and close to the rue mouftard. This is the perfect location in the 4th district, walking distance to many major attractions including Norte Dame and the Louvre. Hotel appears to have been recently renovated; my bathroom was definitely newly renovated. This hotel is in the heart of a younger, vibrant pace of living in Paris. A small budget hotel in a good locationPlace De’italie is about 20 minutes on the train to central Paris. The Hotel is a five minute walk from the station. The Assis Au Neuf restaurant across the road from the Hotel was excellent. The hotel has rooms facing the street and some facing a courtyard (back).

I booked two hotels in Paris in this trip. But this hotel is much cleaner and better in every aspect. The staff are friendly. It also provide free wi-fi! I will come back again next time when i visit Paris.

It is a well localized hotel, in a great area of Paris (not a very touristic one). The value for money is great and the staff is very friendly. Don’t expect Luxury! This is a simple hotel for you to enjoy the best of Paris: the city, and not the room!!.

The hotel was located close to, but not in the city. The staff were friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean and very quiet, even though the hotel was nearly full. The price I paid was very low for this standard of hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accomodation for the week/weekend in Paris.

The rooms were larger than most European hotels! The breakfast was terrific every morning! We requested extra pillows at check in and they were knocking on our door with them 5 min after we got in our room!! We enjoyed this hotel and will defiantly stay here again next time we travel to Paris.

This hotel is almost brand new - something very rare for Paris! It is very good value for money for Paris too. The room, while being quite small was really nice. The hotel is not in a good neighbourhood and is quite away from the tourist spots but where it has been built is very nice. It is right on the water and we had a nice view from our room.

I stayed at Tipi hotel 2 nights at the beginning of my holiday,and after returning in Paris ( at the end of the holiday), I choosed the same hotel for one more night. Me and my friends prefered the Tipi hotel because the quality/price ratio is very good and it is near to the Montparnase train station. After check out we let our luggage at the reception and we returned for it in the evening, after one more day of visiting Paris. One other advantage is that the neighbourhood is quiet and calm.

Location - near to Gare Montparnasse, and to RER station Denfert Rochereau. Price - cheap compared to many other Paris hotels. Hotel staff were very polite and friendly. Overall a decent, cheap, basic hotel.
