The Hotel staff was always available and kind. Everything was very good as we expected. Good food and breakfast available early in the morning. A very good hotel to enjoy your summer holidays.

Hotel very central to surfers beach, shops and restaurants. Rooftop terrace and heated pool amazing with fantastic views of Biarritz. Staff at reception were very helpful and polite. They recommended and booked some lovely restaurants for us.

This hotel was very nice indeed,very helpful staff ,beautiful spacious room (421),great view from roof top heated pool area,well positioned on edge of town 5 mins walk away. i could not fault this hotel as some reviews have. try it its lovely. we would certainly return.

The hotel was central to the beach and the town, which meant that we gotto see most of it in the one day we had here. I would rate it as a 2star not 3 star hotel, but haven’t stayed anywhere else in Biarritz socan’t really compare them. The hotel is ok for one night stay, but theroom was way too small for a long stay unless you plan to be out of thehotel all day and only come back to sleep. We ate in a pub called "Players"next to the Casino with view of the m.

Got a modern recently refurbished room, with a very nice bathroom and separate toilet. Hotel is in excellent location, quiet, and very close to the beach and the city center. Staff was very helpful and nice. If you are planning on going to San Sebastian, the bus to the train station passes right outside the hotel.

The hotel is very well appointed being less than 2 minutes walk from the Les Halles area where there are a number of good restaurants. It is also 5 minutes walk from the centre of Biarritz and a short walk from the beach. The hotel is nicely decorated inside in the classic french style, but has modern bathrooms and flat screen TV, free WIFI and even a laptop to access the internet if you need it. I’ve stayed their twice now and enjoyed it both times.

Beautifully presented hotel with such wonderful style. Staff were so friendly giving good advice on Biarritz & it’s restuarants. The location was a nice 10 mins walk from the beach & near the interesting market. I loved the hotel & can’t wait to come back next year.

This is a very lovely,charming hotel. Our superior room was really big,beatiful with two balconys,with big bathroom. The hotel is very clean,cozy and furnished with antiques. The breakfast is good and it’s very pleasant to have the breakfast in our room! The hotel is situated in the centre of Biarritz and it’s very comfort for walking!.

Hotel owners were courteous and helpful. Hotel itself is very nicely appointed and very smart but also both comfortable and relaxed. Although located out of town and in a quieter area of Biarritz we found this suited us as we had hired a car, so no problems about parking either outside of the hotel either. (we found hiring a car a necessity to get to some of the other quieter beaches surrounding Biarritz and furthermore to take a visit to San Sebastian in Spain - around 30 mins by car).

Hotel Mirano was an excellent hotel. 70’s decor was brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a shop around the corner, which I would advise you to go to if buying water for room etc as this is very dear in hotel €4 for litre bottle. Overall I would highly reccommend this hotel, we plan to go back!.

The location was 8 minutes gentle walk to town (anyone who says it was a long walk needs to speak to their doctor!), we even walked the 35 minutes to Biarritz airport from the hotel when we left, the breakfast offering was quite extensive, the whole hotel has a very slick modern interior design, very quiet location, TV had lots of channels, staff were always very friendly. When I booked I requested a bathtub but the two rooms with bathtubs were not available at the time, however a few days later the staff called me and offered me the upgraded room, so very happy! My partner and I stayed for 1 night in this hotel - We loved it and the staff were very helpfull & had good English also!There are lots of Tapas and Wine Bars nearby and the market is less than 5 mins away!Also the staff recomended an excellent restaurant nearby. which was filled with locals!This is a great hotel - We paid extra for the large balcony whuch was lovely.

The location was 8 minutes gentle walk to town (anyone who says it was a long walk needs to speak to their doctor!), we even walked the 35 minutes to Biarritz airport from the hotel when we left, the breakfast offering was quite extensive, the whole hotel has a very slick modern interior design, very quiet location, TV had lots of channels, staff were always very friendly. This hotel is good for a family. Keep in mind that this is a beach hotel, with the sand on the floor, the noise and the crowds. The staff does not provide towels for the pool (who travels with beach towels?) This is a cheap hotel in Biarritz. T.

The Grand Tonic is a beautiful hotel, the staff are very helpful, the breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are clean and the jacuzzi bath is a lovely bonus after a day on the beach or shopping. The hotel is very close to the beach and the centre of Biarritz and I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.

The hotel is very nice situated at the city of Biarritz ,close to the beach, walking distance from the centre with restaurants, bars ,shops. The staff is very helpful , there is a free outside parking where you can easily park your car. we stayed two nights and we had a great time.
