The hotel is within a 6 min walk to the center of Besancon with nice restaurants and shops.It has a convenient location for my business trips. I stay there often.

The service in the bar was excellent and I was able to order what I wanted in French, and the barman did not try to speak to me in English and so I was able to use my French. The beds were very very comfortable, excellent. I wasn’t sure if were being charged for the use of the television. The town itself had just past the end of the holiday season and the High Street where we tried to go for dinner was hostile and full of police and angry people so we went back to the hotel for dinner. The dinner in the hotel was very good, excellent in fact, so that I noted a recipe down, and the wine was.

We stayed in a two-room apartment, which came with a small kitchenetteand private bathroom. It even had a patio. We only really used thebedrooms, but it was a good experience and perfect for traveling as twocouples together.

Just a bit more than a hotel room, it was good to have the 2 rooms and the fridge, it meant we could refreeze our ice packs and keep travel food fresh for the next day of our journey. it was also very clean.

This is a lovely family-run hotel where we received a warm welcome, a comfortable and spacious bedroom and a reasonable breakfast. Our dog was welcome too and there was secure on-site parking. The location, near to Besancon's old town and restaurants, was perfect.

This is one of the best value 2 star hotels that I've seen. Hard tofault. Just be sure to reserve parking in advance if you need it, asthere isn't much and it's tight.

The hosts were very welcoming. The room (3 person) was very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The large shower room was excellent, probably the best one I have had in any hotel. The hotel was easy to find, near the railway station, and was just a short drive or 10min walk from the town centre where there are plenty of restaurants (the hotel only serves breakfast).

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The people were warm and friendly; they even gave us a tour of the hotel. They made accommodations for us when we got snowed in and our train was canceled. It was the best hotel we have stayed in while in France over the last ten years. And we have stayed in five star hotels.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The people were warm and friendly; they even gave us a tour of the hotel. They made accommodations for us when we got snowed in and our train was canceled.
