A very convenient location - only a short walk across the bridge toget into Vichy. Parking was easy, and the reception staff werequite pleasant.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was attractively made all in white.

Room was ok , what you would expect , but it was not good value. At 62 euros , I cannot see what the room provided over the Premier Inn on thes ame site at 35 euros.

Very good bargain for half board , strangely named "soiree commerciale" (86 euros for a nite for half board instead of 79 for B&B). Parking is not that good, bed are perfect, TV choice is very average and TV itself is poor quality, wifi was easy to set up and good quality.

Easy to locate in the village, well signposred!!! quiet,clean room,friendly staff. 15% discount offered at the Campanile restaurant which was next door.

Nice staff, ok room, indoor parking (5 euro). Walking distans to centeroff the city. The location is good - you can walk into the city centre and the river.

Hotle California is old but neat and clean with a nice, plentifulbreakfast. Obviously a lot of effort was put in to this place to competewith other decent budget chain hotels. However….

Very good price for a city centre hotel. Family run - very friendly andhelpul. Secure parking in walled garden area behind hotel. Pleasantroom. Small garden area where we ate breakfast and had the odd picnic!(Hotel did not have a restaurant, just b and b). Centrally located,whcih with the parking and price, was a big plus point.

We used the Naples as our stop-gap gap driving to and from Spain.....Rooms were very clean and spacious...quite a comfortable bed unusual shaped (large) bathrooms. Good continental breakfast served between 7 & 10am. Owners were very friendly and tolerated our poor French, speaking quite good English, recommending a very reasonably priced local restaurant for our overnight stay on our return journey. Good value and cheap secure parking too! (Only 3 Euros a night)

I would stay here again. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and provided me with a color map of the town which was very useful. They also offered to assist me with my luggage on check-in and check-out. I had a room in the annex, which I found to be quiet and charming. My room was clean, with free wi-fi. There was a lovely courtyard flower garden with outside seating, which I very much enjoyed. The Hotel was located downtown near shopping and many good cafes, and only a 10 minute walk to the park/lake.
