Everything was very good/excellent: the staff/service, the accommodation, the location, the garden and especially the food. One small criticism would be the size of the bathroom -it was a little tight.

The hotel setting is lovely, the rooms are very comfortable (perhaps a little small) the restaurant is very good and breakfast was excellent. Free parking outside of the hotel is also a bonus and there are plenty of places to eat in the little town of Cateret Plage.

A really relaxing comfortable stay in beautiful and peaceful setting;garden and outside seating areas well kept and welcoming. Hotel staff are very efficient and friendly. There is a choice of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. We would not hesitate a return stay.

The decor of the hotel and the wonderful view. The cold buffet in the evening was good. Excelent room with sea view.

The location on the beach. Unfortunately we were only there for an evening en route to the ferry. Wonderful position and beautifully designed and appointed. Superb seaviews even in a side room.

Extremely comfortable hotel, lounge and bar areas attractively decorated in New England style. Ours was a late booking but were surprised to find ourselves in a very comfortable sea-view room.

This is a very modest hotel in a great location. Do not expect much, but it is clean and convenient, free parking and wifi. The staff is very friendly. Good deal for the money if you just want a place to sleep in, without necessarily much ambiance.

The frontage of the rooms at the rear of the Hotel do not do it justice.The rooms were spotlessly clean, really good shower unit and reallyliked the louvre blinds at the window. We ate our evening meal in thebar and it was excellent, the staff are very friendly and accomodating.Short .There is a row of shops available for anything you might need onholiday during a short walk to the beach which is beautiful.

They allowed us to check in early. There was a kitchenette and dishes, so we were able to reheat some food. Satellite TV and free internet were a big plus.

Comfortable, modern and clean, perfect for a solo travel as felt verysafe. Make sure that you make a note of the accom access number asopposed to the pin as you will need this to access the building and yourroom. The shower is compact but very clean and functional - not an issuefor someone my size! The port is within walking distance (around 20mins) although the accom is a little off the beaten track. Lots of nicerestaurants near by, or head into the centre for quite a selection aswell as a carrefour city open till 10, 5mins walk away.

Basic room in a historic building right in the city center, close to the marina. If you're just using your room to sleep then this is ok, other than that there is no space to move around, but yet you cannot beat the nightly rate. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is an addiition to the room, pre-fabricated box (it reminded us of an airplane bathroom w/shower), so if you're a tall person it might become difficult moving around. There is no elevator, the rooms are somewhat soundproofed, but you can still hear the noise from people walking above you as well as people using the stairs. The room was new, as well as the concept of using a code (for you only) to enter the main buiding and your room (the code was sent to us via email the previous day, prior to arriving). No check-in or check-out required, our credit card was charged the previous day; the manager of the hotel was very gracious over the phone, but we never met him and we never saw anyone at the reception, but yet we were on
