The convenience to the town centre. which is remarkably close to hotel esp it’s a 3star hotel as I was actually looking for a 4star hotel & unfortunately it was fully booked.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located in the heart of the town with good parking facilities (though best to book these in advance with the hotel). Best of all, though, was the very high quality of service we received from the hotel’s staff and its excellent restaurant. If you can afford it, don’t miss dinner! We were so impressed that we’ve decided to make it our hotel of choice in Arras and will be back there for the Christmas market.

The manager was always available and helpful. The hotel is in a main square of Arras and next tothe city hall where the tourist bureau is located. We stayed in Arras tovisit Vimy Ridge. The hotel is a short walk from the trainstation and easy to find. There are signs in Arrs directing guest to thehotel.

It is in such an excellent position. Certainly a very good overnight stop when travelling to and from Calais as Arras is such an interesting town with beautiful architecture and the hotel is placed right in the centre of it. An excellent buffet breakfast above normal French standards for the class of hotel. All this made up for quite a small room which was adequate for an overnight stay.

Clean comfortable hotel in a central city location. Unloading zoneadjacent to hotel and good parking 100m away. The owner has a greatrange of books on the ww1 history of Arras and avwealth of localknowledge. As a result we visited New Zealand war graves and thefabulous Wellington Quarry.

The hotel was easy to find from the motorway after a long drive from theSouth of France. This was one of the few hotels we could find thatoffered a quadrupule room. The hotel provided a good and very reasonablypriced breakfast. There was ample parking available.

The hotel is basic but "does what it says on the tin" good location when travelling to or from Calais for a stop over. Rooms OK, bar, dining room and breakfast room basic but OK. Best value in Arras if you want to arrive sleep and leave - do not book it if you want to stay in the area for any more than one night - there is much better available.

The hotel was good in that the other guests were French - there were noEnglish guests. The hotel staff spoke little English which meant we hadto use our French, which we enjoyed. The breakfast was good value formoney and there was onsite parking which was welcome. The beds werecomfortable.

The staff were really helpful, the lady on reception went out of her way to help us after we made a mistake on our booking she ensured that everything was sorted out for us. The hotel was very modern and the rooms were really nice plus the resturant was great! would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Arras.

Location - close to Arras town centre to visit historic squares andbuildings. Didn’t eat in the hotel so cannot comment on meals. Parking (extra) in public parkinghouse below hotel.
