The Hotel had a family atmosphere to it and the staff were extremelykind and did all they could to make us feel at home. Well appointed and quiet roomswith very clean bathroom. The breakfast was amazing,so much food, somuch choice all for 9euros! The hotel was conveniently placed: a 10 -15minute walk from the station and a 5 minute walk from local shops, cafesand wonderful Cathedral. I Would thoroughly recommen.

Staff were very good and reserved a parking space for our large Transit type vehicle close to the front door, being to high for restricted height car park. In city centre, close to shops and wide range of excellent feeding and watering establishments. I have lived close to Agen for 7 years, a much under rated tourist location, but for strangers, an excellent Tourist Info office is almost beside this hotel.

A pleasant enough room, clean, good bedding. The staff were verypleasant and helpful and spoke good English. We had a reasonable dinnerin the hotel , 3 courses for 20 Euros, including a glass of wine, andthe breakfast was very good. We had some difficulty finding the hotel, but it was well located for walking to the historic parts of the city.
