Receptionists is very friendly. In addition to full information abouthotel service, they give assistance on outbound issues (as railroadticket accessible, city navigation). Very good breakfast. Nice sauna andswimming pool. Hotel place is very convenient for city trip. Hotel issome expensive (in compare with hostel and camping, which are morepreferred for bicycle traveller), but it has a good side effect: you hasa chance book number in last night before travel (and this is not onlyadvantage!).

The most noisy hotel I 've ever stayed. There is no sound isolation at all-you can hear every sound made even two rooms further. Somebody moved furniture during half a night. I think it were a tables on the restoran underneath my room. Moreover, as I seem, cleaning-is not their cup of tee. Really overpriced hotel. Not recommended.

Pleasant and helpful english speaking hotel staff. Excellent location for Lappeenranta shopping, right in the cnter of city. Decent and diverse breakfast. Parking on roof although with only about 30 car capacity. I could enjoy stable WiFi fast enough for watching mid-quality movie right in my bed. This all was good since we caught good price for night - about 80 Euro.

Helpful stuff, good kitchen, best location, lake-view, relaxing atmosphere. Exellent location and well-furnitured and large rooms. Spa-facilities.

Some drinks (non-alcoholic also) in the rooms will be nice addition, of cause they may not be free. Very good disposition, good breakfast, excellen swimming-pool and SPA, friendly staff.
