Personell is high-skilled and very friendly. Very nice breakfast and sauna. Very good location, very clean rooms.

The room and air conditioning was great and the hotel staff wasexcellent. It was also very nice to have a mid-range pricedrestaurant on site.

Very small rooms, not maintained every day. Sauna in small twin number had surprised me. Good location and bar.

What I like most of all about the hotel is the staff. Also the location is comfortable. Breakfast is very substantial.

The location is quite good, near the city centre. I liked thebreakfasts, it was varied and well enough. I enjoyed the sauna also.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I was travelingalone in a country where I did not speak the language with a smallpuppy. The folks at the front desk helped me order dinner, pick it upand made sure I had an early breakfast available so that I could eatbefore I had to leave to catch my flight.

When I was looking for a hotel in Joensuu, I went for Cumulus, not onlyfor the perfect location for us (our son had a blessing wedding atJoensuu Cathedral) but I was attracted by the modern design. It's abrand new hotel with brand new facilities and some novelties for us. Wecome from Greece, we stay in Scotland the last 14 years but we aretravelling continuously. I have been to innumerable hotels around theworld and I must say I was very happy to have chosen your beautifulhotel and if we find ourselves in Joensuu in the future, be sure thatwe'll come again to Cumulus. The breakfast was superb and everyone findsa lot of things according to personal taste.The small bins on the tablewas a nice surprise for me! Another surprise was the use of the roomcard in the lift, going up, for security reasons.I Had never seen thattoo. I must mention also that we were delighted to be able to issue ourboarding passes (we had 3 flights each way) and have a look at theInternet, free! I liked also the ac

I like this hotel. Location is really nice. Just near the city shopping center. A lot of cafes and restaraunts in 5 minutes of walking.

The Hotel Green Star is ideally located in central Joensuu, in closeproximity to shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly, helpfuland courteous, the rooms although basic are clean and well maintained. This hotel provides good value for money as an overnight stop or alonger term stay.

Frendly personal. Good location there are many shops no far from thehotel. Parking including in the hotel price. Also we were able to leaveour car until the evening on parking area even after we checked out. Ifwe go in Joensuu in the future again we probaly will stay at this hotel.Breakfast was Ok. We lived on the 4th floor and did not hear any noisefrom outside.

The Hotel Karelia is located in the very center of the Joensuu city.The Hotel staff is really kind, freandly and helpful. Hotel offersexcellent facilities: perfect sauna every day, good breakfasts andclean rooms. There is very quiet in the building. I recommend it verymuch for travelers to Joensuu. Near the Hotel there is Carelicum - veryinteresting Museum of Karelia. Just opposite the Hotel there isshopping area.
