The Grand hotel is located in the centre of Odense a short walk from the pedestrianised shopping and restaurant area of town.

The hotel was located in the very centre of Odense which was perfect forour needs as there was plenty to do both in the daytime and evening. Wehired a car from the airport and the hotel were very helpful with thecar parking facility which was just over the road. The only downside ofhaving a car, if you plan to go on regular trips to Copenhagen, is thecost of the bridge at dkk220 each way. The staff were very friendly andhelpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked,offering a wide selection of food to accommodate most tastes.

Extremely helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms, bathroom could do with an update but still clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied choice. Hotel very comfy and cosy and in an excellent position in the very heart of odense. Would definately stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

The owner was terrific. I had a problem with my car which was involved in an auto accident, and the owner of the hotel went out of his way to help me resolve the problem. The hotel is located a short walk from the main walking street, and is in a quiet area. The bathroom and shower area are much larger than most hotels in Denmark. The two single beds are comfortable. The breakfast is simple, and typical of Denmark. Our room was on the second floor, and if you have heavy luggage, it may be difficult for you to walk up the winding stairs.
