This was a second time we were at the Helnan Phoenix Hotel. Hotel is nice, not luxus, but just right for one night stay in Aalborg.

Nice hotel with large rooms. It has a nice 19th century ambient. Theneed to renew the WiFi access codes every 12 hours was a bit of a hazzlethough, but free WiFi definitly is a plus.

Hotel is relatively close to the center (about 10 minutes walk). Nice view to the park. Relatively quiet if you stay at a high floor. Good breakfast.

The hotel is very well located for access to centrum. Very nice views (we stayed on the 12th floor and overlooked the city). Breakfast was standard Scandinavian buffet and included lots of fresh fruits.

Correct hotel. although not so new anymore , quite good hotel - for sure price-quality - if you compare with other hotels in Denmark , as most of the hotels in Denmark are quite expensive. Restaurant : barbebue meal in the evening as possible at correct price witgh possibility to sit outdoors. although not so cheap , price-quality quite OK for a hotel in Denmark.

We were visiting Platform4 so it was right across the street which was perfect. The hotel was good enough, simple, affordable, tasty breakfast, fresh coffee and nice staff.

This hotel was very convenient if you are traveling to or from Norway from e. It is a few minutes off the main path to the Hirtshals ferry. Breakfast was very good. The room small but adequate.

The hotel is relatively well situated, 10 minutes walking from the city center and very near the Limfjord. The room is quite spacious with twin beds, a sofa, a chair and a little table. The bath is small, with "very Danish" furniture. The hotel has its own car park area, which is very comfortable in a place where you have to pay for parking nearby.

Not far from the ferry in Hirthals. We used this hotel as a pass through hotel. Difficult to find parking place for the 1st time, as parking is not possible in front of the hotel (appeared to be around the corner with a direct entry to the hotel).

Hotel was next to the shoppingcenter Friis with a lot of stores. Walk-distance to the centrum of Aalborg, many good restaurants. New andcheap, we pay 1205 dkk for a familyroom for four people, this wasincluding buffet-breakfast. Free internet and tv in the room.

I liked that you had space for everything, even though the room lookedsmall (I had a single room). Part of the bathroom could easily be turnedinto a shower - when not showering, this space was used as a normalbathroom. The location of the hotel is also great, in the center ofAalborg, and also very close to the sea and the harbor. I think it has avery good value for money.
