We had a room/apartment in the fifth floor with sea view. It wasabsolutely stunning to wake up to. The balcony "fence" is made of glassand it makes it so much nicer. We had the spa for two, and had a greattime in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, and helped us out anytime we needed it. We had the breakfast sent up to us in the roomseveral times, and the breakfast was plentiful, fresh and good. When Iordered the hotel, the confirmation said I had to pay for parking, itturned out the parking was included! :-) booking.com should change this. What a lovely place is all I have to say!

We were very disappointed in the staff well perhaps lack of staff. Therewas no conceirge and the reception staff did not seem very helpful onarrival there was no one to help with luggage or welcome you at thedoor. We felt the hotel had potential the view is stunning from theoutside area but finding someone to order just a drinks is a mission !perhaps if they employed more people the problem would be solved it isreally lacking on service , I have stayed in many hotels and this ratesas on of the worse for service but it certainly could be good if themanagement addresses the issue. I also think a couple of hotel buses totake visitors to town would improve it as it is just a bit too far towalk. Coffee in the rooms would also be good.

I stayed at this hotel with 2 friends after spending 2 nights at theRadisson Resort in Dobrovnik. We were all shocked at the difference inthe 2 hotels (while considering the fact that Blu Resort is only a 4star hotel and the Radisson in Dobrovnik was a 5 star). It was more likegoing from a 5 star hotel to a 2 star hotel! When we entered our roomthe beds had not been made up and the dirty (and stained) bedding fromthe last guests was sitting on the chairs. We had requested the room tobe made up with twin beds but that wasn't done either. Although thestaff quickly came and made the beds they forgot to pull the beds apartas we reminded them to do. We did this ourselves and were disgusted asthe area revealed was very dirty and dusty. Both of us staying in theroom had several bug bites when we woke up in the morning The hotel ispoorly lit and it was impossible to read in the lobby or spa area. On apositive note, we all had spa treatments and they were very good. Thestaff were very kind and
