I definitely recommend it! The garden resturant is beautiful and thefood is delicious.The room is great for a 3 star hotel (comfortreminiscent of a 4 star hotel), there was fresh fruit and the view isspectacular!

Room of good size and facilities, although somewhat dated. Excellentlocation to discover the centre of Russe town and to enjoy the greatDanube river views. Adequate breakfast, safe parking in closed but openair parking in front of the hotel. A plate of fruits in the room wasour welcome.

The restorent is very nice with a wonderfull vue, the rooms are reallycorrect (do not expect a 5 star) but I expected worth. The vue over theDanube is really beautifull, the breakfast also is on first floor butvue over the Danube. In the panorama restorant there was a very goodpiano player.

An excellent stay. Staff are always friendly and help solve problems. My travelling companion has some disabilities of which they were very tolerant and supportive. Breakfast buffet very good range. Dinner menu good (in line with most other "formal" restaurants in Ruse) and the 15% discount for hotel guests made dining cheap. Eating on the terrace overlooking the square by the Danube is delightful. Basic double room is comfortable but we upgraded for five days to a suite which was very comfortable indeed and worth the small premium.

The position is quite good, just in the center of the city. It has a swimming pool, although it's not that big. The rooms are excellent.

The hotel is nicely located,we were friendly welcomed and the spa facilities are nice. For sauna etc you have to pay a little extra. Probably one of the nest hotels in town.

From arrival to departure, staff were attentive and polite, we were made to feel welcome and nothing was to much trouble for the well mannered, english speaking staff. Room was very comfortable and bordered on luxury in some cases, the facillities would not of been out of place in a country club or top notch hotel!! The food was very good, breakfast (included) was plentiful and varied, loved the roof top pool with full waiter service from bar or restraunt. When we had to extend our booking at extremely short notice the staff were, re-assuring, helpful and put our minds at ease in moments. I am pleasd that the first time I have decided to do a hotel review it is for the Cosmopolitan, if you get the chance stay there!
