All very positive very friendly staff good food although could not eat like that every night. We went into Spa looking for plainer food on second night. Rooms really nice London boutique style. Will definitely go again next year when if still racing.

The staff on front desk were generally efficient and helpful. Good breakfast. The bathroom had nice fittings but was tiny so the shower flooded the bathroom. We stayed one night and didn’t use the spa, so our comments apply to the accommodation only.

Good facilities and overall presentaion. Very friendly and helpfull hotel staff. Spacious modern bedrooms and the wetroom shower was a plus. Good location for the town, thermal spa, race circuit (6kms) and outdoor activities in the Ardennes region.

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel. Hotel was near city centre and easy to have a parkingespecially when going out for dinner at night. The super breakfastwas just super with fresh products and a very nice personnel. All in allI will definitely go to this hotel again.

Nice atmosphere and great location - both for visiting the spa andfor hikes. Breakfast was good - choose the gourmand alternative for amore substantial meal. The hotel is owned by a very helpful andattentive couple.

The situation of the hotel in the countryside is very nice. The hotel is full of charm from th 19th century. Decoration is nice and the hotel staff has given to us a map for promenade in the area. There are folders for visiting the city and also possibility fo find restaurant (Gault et Maillau Guide on site).

Friendly staff, nicely decorated lounge and breakfast room (possibility to eat in the garden in good weather), large + comfortable rooms with high ceilings, very nice continental breakfast, DVD players in rooms and selection of DVDs, small library, discounted rates for the Thermes de Spa available from the hotel.

The hotel staff were very relaxed about breakfast times and allowed usto breakfast in our room as long as we took everything up. We paid quitealot around 169 euros per night for the largest room I think they had,so we had plenty of space and a huge bed. The breakfast consisted of 3cereals, cheese, ham, two eggs cooked to your choice, fresh bread, freshpastries, jams, hot chocolate, fresh coffee, teas, and fruit. In somereviews I have seen this described as borin.

The hotel was very close to town center so we were able to walk everywhere. The guy who helps run the hotel was super friendly to us and was even able to speak English (which was a nice plus)!.

I got very sick during our stay and couldnt travel, we asked to stay another night but the hotel was closing up for a week, however the manager arranged for someone to come and collect our key the next day, so they could go on vacation and we could stay another night until i was well enough to travel! Very friendly and helpfull.

Although the hotel is a few minutes’ walk from the Spa’s center, it isvery quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable and the bathroomexcellent too. The owners are extremely friendly, very helpful andprofessional. The breakfast area is charming and comfortable, and thebreakfast itself plentiful! And delicious, including the coffee! Iwould strongly recommend this hotel and would stay there again nexttime I’m in Spa!.

Beautiful well kept house, conveinient location for Spa town - walkable,very clean and spacious rooms and a nice garden with amenities and playpark for kids. This was our first visit to Belgium. The accomodation was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, well furnished and decorated. In the grounds of the hotel there were substantial play equipment for older children, including volleyball and table tennis as well as the swings and slide.

I travelled alone to visit the battlefields of the Ardennes and stayed six nights. The hotel does not generally provide evening meals, except by special request for parties of six or more, but it is only a short walk from Spa town centre where there is a variety of excellent restaurants and bars of various types and prices. The buffet breakfast offers a good choice of food and drink in whatever amounts you choose. Really fabulous place to stay, the room was amazing. the location was wonderful, it is right on the edge of the forest with a lake at the end of the garden. lovely kitchen and terrace which we were able to use. breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly. would highly recommend a stay here!

The owner was amazing nothing was too much trouble. The room wasexcellent and very clean. The shower was lovely and even the hairdryerwas a good one. You didn't feel you were in the way when you went backto the house in the daytime. Anja got a taxi service for us and then thenext day took us to pick our car up from the next village where we hadbeen at a christening. I would definitely recommend her to anyonethinking of going to that area.
