For Leuven, this is a really nice place with attentive staff, spacious room, quiet location and they really provide an exceptionally nice top quality breakfast included with fantastic assortment of meats, cheese, fruits you would find at a 5-star hotel. Not far from the main train station, perhaps a 5-10 walk and also not far from the center of Leuven or meeting rooms at the University. A very good value. I was able to compare to the IBIS in Leuven, and this is a much better choice.

I have stayed at the hotel a number of times over the last couple of years. Due to the reception work being carried out if did reduce the overall initial impression of friendliness I had previously received. The weather was warm, which was great, but the bedroom at the front of the hotel was very noisy this time if I tried to leave the window open at night. I would however return as convenient and good value for money.

Although the hotel is in front of Leuven’s prison, it iss well located, just a few minutes by walk from the downtown. The hotel itself is also confortable and clean.

I have stayed at the hotel a number of times over the last couple of years. The best thing about the hotel is the fact it offers a location to sleepin the city center with all the important facilities within walkingdistance and the opportunity to park your car safely within the Hotel’sowm parking garage. A great benefit, you just drive into the hart ofLeuven, park your car, check in and walk straight into the centre.

I had specifically asked for a room that never been "smoked" in due to allergies etc. and was advised that this information was confirmed with the hotel and I had my email to prove the communication. However, this was not communicated to the Mercure Leuven Center but we were fortunately upgraded to a Premium Room without much stress. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in the last 40 years, and I must say The Theater Hotel in Leuven has the most friendliest, helpful and professional staff I ever experienced. Led by Mark, they even came in early in the morning to prepare breakfast when our tour was setting out early. The Theater Hotel is now my hotel when touring Belgium. Best Regards to the Staff!.

Small, but very cozy hotel sitated almost in the centre of Leuven. Very good level of customer service, the place for breakfast is like a small gallery with paintings and sculptures that i really liked. The hotel provides wireless internet in the rooms free of charge.

Pleasant, modern rooms above a good restaurant right opposite the rail station in Leuven. A decent buffet breakfast was included in the price and all in all the hotel was extremely good value for money. It is situated just a short walk from Leuven city centre and is very convenient for connections to Brussels and other parts of Belgium. Highly recommended !.

Amazingly nice staff!! The breakfast was very good and I liked the restaurant - very charming. The hotel is a combination of restaurant and hotel which I liked a lot - you can have dinner after a hard day shopping or relaxing in the beautiful city of Leuven. Leuven is quite small and therefore you walk only 5min to the main "attractions". I traveled alone and felt really safe in that hotel.

Looking for a Hotel room in Brussel - Mille Colonnes is a bit far away, but it could be worht trying if you like to see something else then busy Brussel. The area around the Hotel is clean and modern. The Restaurant part of the Hotel is quite exclusive and has a very good atmosphere. The bathroom was super new and very fine.

Good breakfast, staff let us get breakfast just after it should have timed out. friendly. Location is very good for the 1-2 day visit to Leuven, park by the station, walk 40 ft, you’re at the hotel, and you have a range of good restaurants and bars to choose from.

Good room with nice view over the plaza. Located only a few steps away from train station. Like all other hotels in that market square opposite the train station, it has a restaurant at ground floor. However, there was very little noise and there is a separate entry for hotel customers (without passing through the restaurant) which is very convenient.

The hotel is ideally situated next to train and bus station. Could not hear any trains! Staff were helpful and friendly and as hotel above a cafe/restaurant, food very good as well. The hotel well placed with restaurants and shops. It was 5-10 minutes walk from the Market Place and Museums.

The apartment at St. Maartenstraat 12 was nice, spacious and in a quiet location. In the beginning the staff (young male) was not very friendly but another staff (lady in the next office) was very helpful and tried very hard to find a suitable apartment for us.

I liked the staff - they explained me on the phone all thetechnicalities and I arrived there after check-in time when thereception is closed. The flat is spacious in a quiet area. It isclean and actually it is "all-what-you-need-hotel" (although this isnot a hotel.

This was a great place to stay for a short break in Leuven. The apartments were nice and light, and well laid out. We arrived reasonably late and had to call the out-of-hours staff, but the rooms were left open with the keys inside, so we were sorted out within 5 minutes. I would have happily stayed a bit longer, maybe taking bicycles and using it as a base.

I liked so much to have a kitchen in the room! It is very interesting, because you can save a lot of money by make your own breakfast, launch and dinner. It is very usefull if you have some financial limitation. And have a privative bathroom is very practical. I liked this hotel!.

The location is great, in walk distance to historical city. Theapartment is also spacious, comfortable and somewhat elegant. I preferstaying in such a place instead of in a hotel room because it gives youa certain independence, and you can spare money cooking your own food. For a family it definitely means a possibility to spare a significantamount, if you can avoid going to often to restaurants.

Our condo was unexpectedly spacious; we had expected a smaller apartment with maybe one bedroom with two beds and a pull-out couch, but were surprised by a big apartment with three separate bedrooms with two places to sleep each. included), a table and a tv plus couches. It is located near the station and the centre of the town. Perfect!.

The apartments are centrally located, which is good, as the main square is at the end of the street. The parking is only two hourly however and needs to be topped up if you don’t want a ticket. at th.

I spent one night at Rêve de Luxe. The owners are extraordinary people:Very welcoming, very friendly. That does indeed change a lot compared tohotels I regularly visit. This place is the perfect example on how "tiny details make a huge difference": The smile you receive when you knock on the door at your arrival, the personalized letter in your room when you get in, the description of the restaurants around based on what you look for, the fresh orange juice you get during the breakfast, the nice conversation with true empathy for the hosts. This is a brilliant place. Yes, you could say it's a bit expensive for a Bed & Breakfast. But the quality of your stay is indeed above the price you play. I liked it very much.

This was an extraordinary find! The room was clean, bright and large,even by American standards. The owners were delightful and very helpful.They even allowed me to use their bike! I have stayed in many facilitiesfor both business and pleasure and this was one of the best! I wouldrecommend it without reservation.

The owner family made my stay very special and made myself completely relaxed by a personal touch with their kind supports and particularly with the excellent breakfast and nice conversation. This place is highly recommended for those who enjoy personal contacts in a very relaxing, warm atmosphere.
