My stay at Van Der Valk was really good. Staff were very friendly roomswere clean the location was very near the airport and the hotel offereda free shuttle service which was very good. The only thing I could sayis that the hotel over charged me on my card which I found out when Igot home and it is going to take 1 month for me to get the repaymentback which I dont think is good service as I dont know until 1 month ifthey are going to refund me with my own money which I did not authorisefor them to take in the first place but overall Van Der Valk is a verygood hotel I would recommend to anybod.

This was an extremely clean, and comfortable hotel. On Sundays the shuttle service is by request only but the hotel will pay for a cab to take you to the airport which is only a 5 minute drive away. The hotel is large and the rooms are large with a large size bathroom (for european standards). Very quiet and relaxed hotel with very helpful staff.

I especially liked the convenience of the proximity of the hotel to the airport and to the rail service. The hotel was quiet and the services of the restaurant were very good. It was also convenient that the hotel did provide transportation to and from the airport.

This hotel is very close to the airport and yet very luxurious andwelcoming. The reception staff were most helpful and everyone working inthe hotel was working very hard to make people comfortable. The singleroom has an office work station and incredible bedroom set up as well.We were by automobile and so did not need to rely upon shuttles to theairport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Near the airport. Instead of shuttlebus the hotel arranged a taxi because of the early flight. Few meters from the station Diegem to go to Brussel centre.

I was twice in a hotel near the airport of Brussels, where breakfast was included. Holiday Inn Express was very hospitable, to give that opportunity. Excellent, to give me some greakfast before leaving, although breakfast was actually somewhat later scheduled officially. Thanks for this!.

I’d say that this hotel has good value for money. Nothing special in a room, room was small, but good enough to take a rest. So, if you aren’t going to spend your time in a hotel, it can be a good budget choice.

I’d say that this hotel has good value for money. Nothing special in a room, room was small, but good enough to take a rest. So, if you aren’t going to spend your time in a hotel, it can be a good budget choice.

This is a very friendly and cheap hotel in a city of outrageouslyexpensive hotels. Having stayed in the overpriced and anonymous hotelsof Brussels many times I was so happy to have discovered the Bentley. The wifi was free and worked.

The hotel had a lowest price for the time I was searching for hotels inBrussels. The hotel is located in a Turkish neighbor. The best point is about their breakfast which is really awesome. All in all I recommend this place for people who attend a businessmeeting or conference.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise to me. I have stayed one night in this hotel because I could not get home anymore after coming back by air from abroad (in fact I even walked with my backpack all the way from Zaventem Airport to the hotel - a 12 km walk). There are not many hotels where you can check in at night (some have a 24 hour reception but that does unfortunately not mean that you can get in after 12 o’clock) but this is one of them. I had tv and a fridge and the room was located at the quiet side o.

Very comfortable hotel, lovely, stpacious room with good bed (top floor of hotel). Unfortunately no wifi reception in room , needed to move to the bar to do emails. Breakfast was excellent staff was very friendly. I come to Brussels often for work at the parliament and would certainly book Louise again.

Nice and charming hotel with a good old-fashion style. This hotel has a hotel history and is not one of this concrete hotel. The italian restaurant close by is really an asset :) and u have nice pubs around too. I like this quarter.

I liked that the room was large with three beds even we were just two. The hotel staff was very kind and did not make any problems about the visit of the third person in our room. The hotel has no elevator so it is not suitable for those with more luggage. I would chose this hotel again due to its very good location.

I lived in this hotel a few times already. I like it because of the best combination of very good location in the centre of the city, close to the big departement store, and available prices. Hotel is very quiet, comfortable enough. Hope to return there again one day.

This is now part of the adjoining hotel and there are signs of some investment. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Very good location. Lots of shops and restaurants.

The hotel was excellent for what I needed. The addition of in-room WiFi is very useful as a business hotel. The food from the hotel restaurant was excellent.

The weekend room prices are very attractive, as this hotel is situated in a business area, quite far from all tourist places in Brussels. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a fair value for money.

The location was good,. Taxi to / fromAirport was 28 euros taxi to / from Brussels town 33 euros. Bus intoBrussels no 21 was 2 euros. Restaurant was lovely great food a littleexpensive, yet suppose that it was pro rata to Brussels prices.
