Good weekend until I arrived home I received an email to inform me the hotel had used my credit without my consent to pay for clients who were not part of our party. I request a refund of €130 we have stayed in this hotel ten years and if this is not resolved it will be our last time to use your hotel. It’s a good spot if you need to stay near Charleroi airport. Taxi from the airport to the hotel is 15 € and it takes about 15 min. There are closer hotels to the airport but they are often full booked so this could be a good alternative. Room was clean and staffs were nice.

Hotel was easy to get to when travelling to Charleroi airport as it is within walking distance of Charleroi Sud train station, which is well connected to the airport. The hotel is basic but clean. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Shuttle bus service was excellent - punctual and polite drivers, good value for money especially compared to what you would pay for a taxi. I had to catch an early flight so I was very pleased with this service. Room was very nice with a huge comfy bed. A lot of dust on the TV but otherwise very clean. Although I didn't go in, the bar looked nice and apparently is open 24 hours! Large supermarket right beside the hotel which is handy if you want to buy any toiletries or cheap drinks and snacks. My room was on the ground floor and it was very quiet and peaceful.

Location of the hotel was good, although it's not possible to getthere on foot. Luckily the hotel offers a shuttle service to and fromthe Brussels South Airport (crl) which worked well for us. A good alternative whenyou need to catch an early flight. The free wireless internet (wifi) isalso a big plus for this hotel.

The single member of staff was very nice and helpful and I could not fault him. He was there by himself doing the bar, reception and what seemed to be everything all solo. Grand hotel for early flight out of Charleroi but wouldn’t be staying there for more than one night. Had a rental car so dont know about the shuttle service!.

Very nice staff. they really help me to pick up a taxi to get to the hotel. At the airpor I didn’t found any taxi that can leave at the hotel because the distance airpor - hotel was to short- 2 km. I had to call to the hotel and imediatelly they send me a taxi and charge me onle at my hotel bill.

Hotel was just ok. Area very dirty, lots of rubbish on the road outside,traffic signs rusty, damaged, rubish in flower pots on the streets, noflowers there, nothing to eat in the hotel, restaurant in the hotel wasclosed but we were recomended to go to pizzeria which was nearby. I asked if we can get thecoffee in the morning - answer was - you have cofee facilities in theroom, so you can do it on your own. The.

The hotel is in a very handy position for overnight near Charleroi airport. The thing is that there may be some inconvenience in case you want to check-in earlier than the bus transfers to hotel starts (6pm) (in case you don`t have a car) and in case the hotel restaurant doesn`t work and you want to get to the airport or fuel station Q8 for having smth to eat (actually the Q8 is perfect). Otherwise I highly appreciate the hotel staff. The rooms are up to dated and I highly enjoyed our stay there.

The Balladins superior Hotel is situated alongside the Charleroi/Bruxelles Midi airport. The distance from Charleroi city is relatively long and one needs a taxi or own car to get there. The hotel has everything needed for an overnight before a flight and the breakfast is relatively good. There is a shutle service to the airport.
