Hotel staff is formed by a family and the youngest Marco is receptionistas well as waiter in the restaurant and technical person for computer orthe sauna room. The friendliness demonstrated by Marco exceeded anyexpectation.The rooms are large with balcony and although the buildingis quite old stile outside, everything inside is new.

Where to start? Lets just say that I've been to many hotels in 69 countries around the world and this one was one of my favourites. It is a very cozy family hotel and the owners are so kind that I felt like a member of the family. Room was clean and warm. Food at breakfast and especially dinner (if you stay here do not miss it!) was gourmet and came in huge portions. If I had stayed here for longer, I would have gained quite a few kilos. Skibus stops just in front of the hotel. At the end I can say just one thing - see you next year!

Hello, we were a family in holiday in Austria, Gasthof Sprenger was perfectly located to allow us to visit the Dolomites, Cortina and the neighbourhood of Sillian. We appreciated very much the beauty of all the place, the care you take for your house, garden and family history. Everything was so nice and confortable, you were very kind to us and the breakfast was delicious and tasty. Thank you for everything and congratulations! I used Gasthof Spranger as a base for Cross Country skiing in Obertillach and Innervillgraten. Free ski buses connect these places with Sillian. I would stay there again. Its décor is slightly dated but its comfortable, kept spotlessly clean and there are lots of interesting ornaments and mementoes to look at . I stayed B&B. The Breakfast was sufficient for me . After a disappointing meal in a local Pizzeria I decided to eat in and ate very good dinners in every night, mostly local specialities . Staying Half Board might have been a better and cheaper option Most of the other guests were Dutch and German families who had been returning to the Sprenger for many years, they obviously liked it .
