The Crystal is one of the best situated hotels in Obergurgl. The personal is greate, they always answer with a "yes" to your question, the spa is big and full option and the food is amazing.

Very friendly staff, very nice facilities and the entire hotel is very clean. The hotel is next to the ski-facilities and only 10 meters from the hotel ski depot. We will certainly come back.

This was our 2nd time at the Crystal and the location is excellent, right next to the main gondola. very quite village but plenty of terrain to ski for all levels. we are certainly coming back again.

Very friendly staff, very nice facilities and the entire hotel is very clean. The hotel is next to the ski-facilities and only 10 meters from the hotel ski depot. We will certainly come back.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with all of ourquestions. Great value for money, nice and modern, lots of space in theapartment, and everything we needed. We loved it and would stay again inan instant.

This is the perfect place for self catering travelers. Staff very kind andhelpful, we had a small problem and it was solved in no time to ourabsolute satisfaction. The hotel is located in a very small turisticvillage, perfect for hiking, skiing or for nature lovers, but ther isnot too much else nearby-very good for me(but maybe not for everyone). Last thing, the village is located at an elevation close to 2000m - onceagain, good for me, but maybe not for some others.

Very friendly family run place. Ask and they will fix it for you when possible. Great attention to any communicated food allergies, in our case lactose. Close to the Gondola (3 minutes walk) and you can store skies and boots there if you rent your equipment at the base station. Very good bus connections to other restaurants and taxi back is 15 Euro for groups of 5 or more if you want to stay late. It is a nice, slightly downhill, walk back in the evening when you have had to much fondue for dinner.... Took me and the 9 year old 20 minutes.

Very cute little guesthouse. The room and bathroom was really nice and clean. Was positively surprised, and the homy feeling is not captured in the pictures. Breakfast was just what we needed, but nothing extra.

What we expected it to be, namely an Austrian chalet in the snow. Easyto get to main ski lift with a walk down the road, and the rent shopwill keep your gear overnight, so you do not have to schlep it home eachevening. Food was great.

This hotel (with half-board) was excellent. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean! The food at breakfast and dinner was adequate and tasty. It was also very close to the ski lift and a good value for the money. Our dogs were welcome as well. I would recommend this to anyone going to the area. Great hospitality as well.
