Family run Hotel in the countryside near Melk. (Car needed) Veryhelpfull staff. Excellent base for staying to explore this beautifulpart of the Danube.

Very good breakfast (mainly for the jams and bread). The room was provided with all needed things, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. Staff have been very kind and friendly. The hotel is in a very good position, expecially if one has a car or a motorbike.

Awesome little town of Melk. We could see the Abbey from our bedroom window. They offered very nice bicycles to ride along the river which added to the countryside atmosphere. Very good memories because of this hotel, which was more like a Bed and Breakfast.

When we arrived at the hotel our room was ready and the room was very nice and clean. The staff gave us a lot of options for parking - so we were happy that parking was free - we stayed in Melk, which is a very small town, and the hotel is right under the Abbey - so location was perfect - also it seemed to be the hotstop of the town because we went out at night and it was all dead with the exception of our hotel, so we came back to eat there. The food was good too. I would stay there again.

Good location for visiting the historic town of Melk with its world famous abbey. The hotel front looks out onto the impressive abbey itself. Very clean hotel, rooms a little basic, but nontheless comfortable. Evening eating gives options within the hotel - informal gaststube or more formal restaurant. Very close to Melk station, but a bit of an uphill walk when going back to the station with.

Close to the train station and the abby. Very helpful staff. Free bike rentals. The hotel is well located in the town of Melk, very near the famous monastery.

Great location right underneath the ’Stift Melk’ monestary in the centre of Melk. easy parking nice restaurant and friendly staff. stayed for a couple of nights on route to vienna airport perfect location about 90 mins away.

The room was large and OK for the price. Parking was just outside the entrance. The hotel restaurant was quick and good serving dinner, and the breakfast was good and included in the price. It was the nearest hotel to Sift Melk.
