The Location is very good - next to the bus station with direct conection to Vienna ciy. Apart from that you can easily walk to the charming old central part of the Klsterneuburg. The staff was very nice!.

Staff sooo polite, very accomodating nothing too much to ask. bedrooms so clean and bedroom staff very respectful of our property in our room. The info re: the towels and sheets to save the environment and also hopefully it is shown up on people booking they get better deals in the future re saving for hotel. Thank you.

Really lovely hotel. We didn’t have a room, we pretty much had anapartment with separate hall, loo and bathroom. The breakfast was verypleasant, and there is a off road secure (and free) parking. The staffwere very helpful and friendly - you can tell it is family run.

This is a charming old world hotel with all the modern amenities. There is bus service directly in front of the hotel. The best part of our stay were the two front desk ladies who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved our stay here.

Good price/performance ratio for a place in Vienna, especially if you'rerenting a car. Aproximately 10-15 min drive to Heiligenstadt U-Bahn,which has ample Park and Ride area (or if you're adventurous enough tryto find a free spot on a street nearby). Less than half hour to thedowntown. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable stuff. Breakfast isadequate (but not more than that). Overall, great experience.

We got a very nice room in the first floor. Newly renovated, very clean. I ask them to give us the most romantic room - so there was a bottle of red wine plus fresh fruits and flowers waiting for us. Complimentary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very flexible with the breakfast hours and even waited for us without even knowing if we were up for breakfast or not. Cosy, relaxing atmosphere and a good place to have it quiet and peaceful.

It’s a very comfortable hotel with friendly & helpful staff, very convenient to the center of Vienna (via tram & underground connections), and yet prices that are reasonable compared to those in the center. Perhaps I should add that this hotel is located so close to the center (first district) that it’s easily walkable, but because it is just beyond the inner ring, it is a quiet, uncrowded, normal neighborhood, which I prefer to being in the lovely (but jam-packed with tourists) center.

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the train station ’Praterstern’, nearthe fair Prater. The inside of the hotel looks verynice. This is at the bar to the right if youenter the hotel. There is also free wifi, but.

An excellent hotel for exploring Vienna! The rooms were clean and cosy and the beds were really comfortable. Excellent and friendly staff! The breakfast buffet offers a great range of delicious dishes! The location of the hotel is good for exploring the city: it’s near the Westbahnhof railway station and the underground. There is also a good grocery store just opposite the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel!.

Very clean and comfy hotel, most friendliest staff of our 2 week holiday. Excellent location for Westbahnof yet city so easy to reach. Loved the eco/organic ’atmosphere’ of hotel, although this was not being appreciated by all the guests. (some ’louder’ guests complaining of unpackaged breakfast) Breakfast was excellent with organic bread, bio yoghurts, free range eggs etc Staff were so friendly and despite 80+ rooms it really felt like a superior bed breakfast.

The Hotel is 5 minutes from the Stadthalle, where I went to hear aconcert. I always choose hotels because of there location. This hotelwas the best I ever stayed in Vienna. Though the hotel is not really in the middle ofthe city it is very easy to reach everything even on foot but there is 2underground lines next to the hotel.
