Pompous place, a bit of Sissi feeling. Excellent is the possibility to make use of the sister hotel on the lakeside of Wörthersee, where one can enjoy relaxing on the beach couch with a beautiful view.

Convenient location with parking close by and good restaurants and shops. The hotel staff very efficient with helpful, accurate recommendation on restaurants. Comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast.

The decor and comfort of the hotel was excellent. The staff helpful andprofessional at all times. The buffet breakfast with its comprehensiverange made a great start to the day. Secure parking albeit at a costvery near.

Excellent friendly staff and a wonderful welcoming feel. Location wise it is perfect. 2 minutes from Bus station, 10 minutes from train station it is all in perfect walking distance. It also has a lovely bar attached to the hotel.

Nice, large room. restaurants, shopping, rental bikes, everything is really close by. free wifi. tip: "king of kebab" right in front of the hotel has some of the best dürüm ever.

Staff was very friendly, they upgraded our room for free. We had a nice junior suit for the price of a double room. Very good location, nice, clean and quiet hotel.

The staff here are extremely pleasant, more so than any other place I’ve stayed this trip so far. (Though the people at the Busby Hotel in Nice were very close!) Really a very nice little hotel.

The location--within walking distance of Europa Park and the Worthersee--is hard to beat. We stayed there over Easter weekend, and the hotelseemed almost empty, which made for a quiet, relaxing stay. The staff(Lars and Ulrike) are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again(but we hear it books up fast during the warmer summer months).

The staff were excellent. All spoke English, the menu was varied and extremely good, Great value for money. In summer, the location would be perfect. I had initially wanted a hotel in the town centre, but because the hotel and staff were so good-i’m very pleased we stayed there.
