The hotel is located 1. 5 km from the center of town, in a beautiful building, very quite and calm, and staff are very helpful. The room was fairly sized. Breakfast was excellent!.

As a 5 star hotel I feel you have a duty to make sure your guests are not ripped off. I have made the payment and I am not seeking a reduction but I returned to London wit.

The owners were very hospitable, even sorting out a problem we had with our transport to the Airport which we booked independently, and booking us a restaurant table. The apartment is about a 10 minutes from town but it is a very pleasant walk across a snow covered field.

Apartment was very nice and very clean. The main room had a direct view to the hills and to the snow. The second room was very nice and comfortable but without a balkon ( but with a nice a roof window ) but still nice. The apartment was very well equiped with a main room including a kitchen and had everything a family need. The family running the buisness was polite and very supportive. They provided us also a place for our snowboard equipment and they didnt charged us anything aditional for a parking place we used. Appartmnet was two minutes away by car from the main lift and kitzbuhel center. I will rent it again next time when i visit the city.

Away from the crowds and in a very quiet location. However, only a short (10mins) and pleasant walk to the skiing station. Very good value for money - clean, confortable, friendly owners. There is the Kitzbuhel Aquarena if you want a pool and sauna.

A family run pension about 15 minute's walk from the centre ofKitzbuehel. Very quiet and clean with friendly and helpful owner. Ourroom was en-suite and a good size with a balcony. Breakfast was fillingand good. The owner was kind and helped to advise us on the best tripsin the local area. We were sad to leave such an idyllic place. There isparking outside the house without charge.

A wonderful welcome by Maria and her mother, the guest house was a typically Austrian home, very picturesque. The room that we were given had views over the mountains and surrounding countryside, one didn't know whether to stay there and absorb the beauty or go out and explore. Very close location to one of the ski lifts, and the second one a bit further away our hostess took us to the entrance. The continental breakfast included eggs to order if required. We were two lady friends and our memories of Haus Friedl and the beauty of the mountains where we spent most of our time hiking will stay with us forever.

The staff (owners) were wonderful. They even did a load of laundry forus at no charge.The building was beautiful on both the outside and theinside. The location was a 10 minute walk to town center.Would staythere again in a heartbeat.

My daughter and I had a very pleasant one week stay at House Senoner.Our room was clean, bright and attractive, with a balcony. We especiallylooked forward to the fresh buns and croissants that came still hot outof the kitchen for breakfast. Frau Senoner was very helpful andfriendly. We hope to come back next year.

As we approached the guest house for the first time, we could see from the gardens that this was a place that the owners took a pride in. We received a very friendly welcome from Senoner, and were given a choice of rooms, both of which were immaculately clean and well presented. The facilities in the room are all that one needs for a comfortable stay. Breakfast the following morning was also excellent - a wide choice of cereals, breads, jams, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cooked meats and cheeses were all available, and the scrambled egg that Senoner cooked was delicious. She and her husband could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. The guest house is less than a 10 minute easy walk from the centre of Kitzbuhel, easy to find along the lane at the side of the Shell petrol station, and although close to the railway and the main road, we were not disturbed at all by noise from either. Our only "regret" is that our visit was so short. We would certainly want to return to Haus Sen

The Schmidinger family are excellent hosts - welcoming, providing goodaccommodation service, good breakfasts and very helpful tourism adviceincluding which mountain walks to do, booking restaurant tables for usand finding out about local events. Our room was great - a good size,excellent beds and furniture, a great balcony and mountain view andquiet. Good off-street car parking. The pension is well situated withabout a 5 minute walk into the Kitzbuhl centre.

The pension is in a good location for walking to town to enjoy the restaurants and shops. It is a short drive to park at the bottom of the Hannenkam in the parking lot or you can walk if you store your skiis and boots at the base of the Hannenkahm bahn. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and it is nice to meet the Oma and family. The owners were helpful and friendly and we felt very welcome. The pension has lovely views and clean renovated bathrooms. Breakfasts were good with eggs, sliced meats/cheese and buns, coffee. The rooms were decorated in a tyrolean style and were quite comfortable. We would stay there again, we really enjoyed it and our children had a fabulous holiday, this pension made the trip a memorable family vacation!

Beautiful hotel with lovely spa and swimming area. Nice library withpapers and magazines. Room was excellent. Couldn't ask for more,brightly lit with different light settings. Excellent wifi throughouthotel and good value as I stayed for a flash deal rate. Staff all veryfriendly. Nice location by gold course but you need a car to get toKitzbuhel. I would love to come back and stay again.

It was the little things that added great value to our trip such as the iPod adapter in the room, the heated floors, the shoe rack and much more. The breakfast was great, as it aligned you to order specialty coffees at no additional cost as well as eggs to order. We spent a lot of time in the spa area and felt that it is what made our trip. The facilities are spectacular and the cleanliness was top notch. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we plan on going back.
