A great experience staying here! From the moment we checked in, the manager couldn't do enough for us, even printing out train timetables for us for the next day. The room was very comfy, clean and bright. Breakfast was great, and again the staff couldnt do enough for you. It was a good location and only a short walk to the main bus station. We would definitely recommend City Hotel.

We stayed here 2 nights in April and were very impressed. The hotel andour room were spotlessly clean and conveniently located for ustravelling on public transit with the city centre a short walk away. Wewere kindly given the family room (#12) which is a large 2 room suitewhich allowed us to spread out - there's even a small balconyoverlooking the street. And most notable was the service which was farbeyond our expectations or anything we have experienced in Austria sofar. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klagenfurt.

The level of comfort, cleanliness and unfussy decor that made it very easy for me to relax and unwind, the excellent buffet breakfast and the special touch of complimentary apple and tea that I could help myself to anytime of day or night. Also loved the view from my room across the snow covered rooftops over to the church spire in the distance. The kind and helpful managers made me feel welcome and confident about venturing out with information on a great value for money local restaurant, buses to the Worthersee lake and to the airport.
