Location was good, decor of the hotel was nice. Convenience near slopes and good car parking. The comfy sofa’s in the foyer.

Overall my stay at the hotel was in line with expactations - budget stay close to ski lifts. But if you want to get more quality location you should choose different places. Some good things to mention: friendly helpfull staff, location in 50 m from gondola, nice breakfast with variety of food.

The staff were incredible. The hotel offers guidedhiking every morning. The guided hiking is included for all hotelguests. This was an excellent two night excursion / family adventure onour two week visit to France from Canada.

The hotel is warm and cheerful with a good atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and relaxed. The hotel is in a very convenient location for all the amenities of Soldeu and we could park our car easily.

Very disappointing, description inaccurate, even leaflets at the hotel were misleading as to its quality. Picture of room in leaflet far removed from reality, don’t think a room such as displayed exists at this hotel.

Loved having room with a balcony and mountain views. Staff helpful and friendly. Good food in hotel although very near other restaurants. Location for busses excellent.

The staff are really good, lots of languages between them and nothing was too much trouble. Good arrangement with the ski hire company next door. A short walk up to the ski-lifts each morning & the ’easier’ walk down each evening when you need it most! The ski locker room is well equipped and it also has a modern boot drying system. The separate pizza/pasta restaurant in the same building is really good, both for the food, speed of service and value.

This was our 4th stay at hotel and always happy with the service & location but think that it’s getting very expensive now so would consider changing hotels.

Excellent service through out my stay in the hotel. In between he will come to our table to chat and recommend what we can do for the day. He seems to do the same to other hotels guests. It is a simplest thing that a hotel staff can do to put the hotel to the worl.

We were upgraded to a studio room which was lovely with a great little kitchenette. Supermarket is right underneath and very handy. Skilift looked to be only a couple hundred metres away (we were there in summer). Lovely lady met us for checkin (in the supermarket). Good location.
